About us

We began our journey in carpet, rug, leather, and fabric upholstery cleaning in September 1994, working for a large cleaning company.

Within a year, we became part-owners and operated from our home in Chapel Hill, officially forming Terry's Steam Cleaning.

With the help of a friend in the carpet cleaning business, we started with basic equipment, cleaning in the Kenmore and Chapel Hill areas. Over the years, we expanded our services to include tile cleaning, carpet cleaning, and more.

We’ve been a husband-and-wife team for over 25 years. Our dedicated booking expert, Shirley, has managed customer appointments for over twenty years and built lasting relationships with our clients.

We are always improving our services and learning new techniques. We proudly serve all of Brisbane, especially the Western Suburbs.
